About Us

Our statement of purpose for The Avon Township Democrats is;

"The advancement of better government through the election of all candidates of the Democratic Party."

The Avon Township Democrats are a group of individuals that are active in their local, State and National governments. You do not have to be a candidate or office holder in order to be part of the Avon Township Democrats. A general interest in helping the organization get Democrats elected to better our community is all that we ask.  (insert elected precinct committeepeople)

Our membership comes from all walks of life: women, men, young and old, minorities, disabled individuals, LGBT, current office holders, business people, candidates for office. We are individuals who are simply interested in improving our communites through better government.
